ZLYJ Extruder Gear Box For Single Screw Plastic Extruder is a high-precision hardened gear with thrust seat for plastic screw extruder. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gears and shaft parts. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding process. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with over-specification thrust bearings to withstand the working axial force of the screw. The main standard parts such as bearings and oil seals are all domestic high-quality products, and can also be equipped with imported products according to the needs of users. The whole machine is characterized by small size, high bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
